I had carne asada fries Sunday for lunch/dinner.
For anyone that doesn't know what that is, it's a plate of french fries topped with carne asada, guacamole, sour cream and cheese. I always add salsa too. They're so freaking good.
I like potatoes, but for some reason I haven't had them since I moved away from home, so I can't really remember what the last yummy potato dish I had was.
But, a yummy potato dish is defnitely Aloo Gobi!
Had taters at Easter, with a pork shoulder and creamy sweetcorn... cream... stuff. Which is all delicious! Also roast parsnips which look like big fat delicious chips but they are not :(
I've been craving scotch broth with potatoes since I was in Norn Iron
I.... just love potatoes. I tend to have them with most dinners.
Chips, roast taters, new potatoes, baked potatoes, fried tater slices, croquettes, hash browns.....
anything but mash. I don't like mash!
