I always though Cid and Tifa went nicely together.
Cloud + Tifa: Just because I believe in the whole "childhood friend" thing and wish it had worked out for Bruce Wayne and Rachel Dawes.
Barret + Shalua: Just because they both got the "artificial limb-thing" going.
Vincent + Shelke: Just because they both got the "ageless life-thing" going.
Nanaki + Deneh: Deneh is the same species as Nanaki (she's introduced in the cell game Before Crisis), let's keep it familial.
Rude + Elena: Both have unrequited crushes (Rude to Tifa, Elena to Tseng). Johnny qualifies too, but I don't think Elena would give him the time of day (presumably), and I'm pretty sure Rude wouldn't go gay (presumably).
Cait Sith = Reeve... Reeve +... Yuffie..? Yeah, I guess that works for me. Reasons stated above are good enough for me.
Cid + Shera: Naturally, this has already occurred. Why the hell else would he have named a ship after her?
Besides, I can't think of any other chick dumb enough to put up with his sleezy :bou::bou::bou::bou:.
Zack + Aerith: C'mon... they dated... and now they're dead. Leave it alone.
Biggs + Jessie: It just seemed obvious to me even though Jessie did flirt with Cloud at one point.
Reno comes off as a sleezy womanizer but there is an entire Turks line up that we haven't been properly introduced to. With the fact that "Elena's sister Cissnei" states hers is just a codename, I wonder if the same is true for everyone else, but that hardly matters. Tseng seems too cold to form a relationship with anyone.
Maybe Cissnei would go for Johnny.
I'm pretty sure Gold Saucer's Dio is gay. Don't know who to pair him with. Maybe someone from Wutai Pagoda?
Marlene and Denzel are being raised as if they were siblings. A physical relationship would not be possible for fear of damaging their pre-established bond, not to mention the sense of incest lying therein.
Tseng did ask Elena out so I don't think its completely unrequited.
Vincent and Shelke unsettles me, but i see why people make the link.
Reeve and Yuffie would be so unexpected but sort of makes sense (in my mind anyway lol) so thats why i kind of like that.
