I went to the DMV and learned that some people are too damned stupid to drive.

I heard about a dozen people say they studied hard for the written test this time, only for them to fail. Again. I have never picked up a the driver's handbook they give you in my life or taken one of their stupid practice test and I only missed 1 when I took it. :mad2:
