Well, I think that, regardless of if it's true or not, we should all say who we plan on voting for, before the end of each day.

But there's no point in stating who you're voting. It's pointless, as stated by oddler. I could say that I'll vote for you f f freak, but I may end up voting for someone else.

You can't trust anyone to be truthful when private voting comes into play.

It could help once the dead person is revealed. If they were town you know their votes weren't a lie. If they were mafia you can suspect they were! And perhaps that would give you a clue as to their partner.

Any information is good information in Mafia, Proto, even if we can't verify it for a while. You should know this, having played a few games. I may have to look into you further.

Yeah, this was what I meant but I'm way too tired to explain it. Plus, why would anyone have any reason to lie about who they voted for? Apart from a scum lying about voting for their partner.
