Lol, don't get snippy. I was thinking that when it mixes with hydrogen in your tummy it turns into hydrochloric acid. :p I said it was a wild guess, I didn't think it was right but I couldn't think of anything else which couldn't burn things without mixing with something else. Besides, if you are nothing by yourself then the anwer is nothing. :P
