Not on purpose, but I sometimes get confused between the French and Japanese words for some things. Probably because I'm crap at both.

I don't do it with foreign languages, but I throw a lot of work terminology into everyday conversations. Mostly technical terms or stuff that the military likes to use. I get so used to throwing things into conversation that my coworkers get that it's hard to turn off when I leave the office.
People kinda look at me weird sometimes when I use programming terminology to refer to everyday things, but it's just how my team at work does stuff. So instead of "We're gonna have to figure out how to divvy this work up, might be kinda difficult," we say stuff like "Looks like we have a non-trivial parallelization problem!"
