The Old Republic is top of the list for me.
I'm hoping to hear something about Dead State. I doubt the Xenonauts guys have enough clout to make it, but maybe they'll release something new around that time to capitalize on the fuss.
Other than that I'm just eager to see what comes out of it, I'm not looking at any specific game too strongly.
Oh, and Maxis are hiring a half-dozen big shots right now. Ideally they're going to bust in saying "Here is SimCity 5, it's so complex that Dwarf Fortress looks small-time." but I ain't holding my breath.
Edit: I was right not to hold my breath.

Apparently Aonuma confirmed the announcement of an all-new Zelda title (not Skyward Sword, mind) for E3.
