I haven't seen it yet, but I did see the trailer for the Avengers (thanks Shlup for the rick roll) and I'm super effing excited. I haven't been this excited for a movie since Green Lantern was announced (before I found out about Ryan Reynolds being Hal).
From what I've heard though, Capt was a pretty decent movie. I'm 90% sure I won't like it as much as I liked Thor simply because I love Thor and I have a passing interest in Steve Rodgers.
It was the trailer - which was expected. Bring on Avengers.
i'm curious how they are going to shove so many heroes together (and stars) and have it work. Avengers assemble!

That's what a butterface means. Butterface definition: Everything look good, but his/her face. I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed that it wasn't his real body. As soon as I saw that in previews I was like oh hell no. My expectations for the film were not high, but I still didn't expect it to be a campy as it was. I look forward to Robert Downey inevitably stealing the attention away from the other Avengers.Quote:

Captain America was pretty cool. It wasn't really on par with Iron Man or Thor, but it was still a good movie. I think they told the story pretty well. Some people just don't like that story was well as some of the other origin stories.
Saw this, it was cheesy. I liked it, but I kept wanting to say "GO AMERICUH! WOO!" like a redneck hillbilly.
