Defeating the Shinra

You capitalist prick. I am all for development. However the Shinra are not doing things in a sustainable manner. They are killing the planet, and consciously too. There are many other ways to provide power to the people, and sustainable ways to go about it. Murdering the planet and slaughtering innocent people to maintain power.

Wutai is the way it is because the Shinra crushed it. What kind of "electric company" does that? The Shinra are obviously corrupt and interested only in lining their own pockets at the explicit expense of everyone and everything else.

If you want me to discuss alternatives to the techniques of your filthy Shinra dogs, we can do that. But your blind faith in the Shinra is disgusting, and a sad reflection on humanity.

Suppose you're right. Suppose using mako energy does kill the planet. So, uh, remind me again who it is who hordes all the smurfing materia and goes around using it wily nily? AVALANCHE. And how much Mako energy do you think the Dune Buggy or Cloud's honking great chopper bike take up, hmm? And don't even get me smurfing started on the Highwind. Why not destroy it after capturing it? Or is taking some years away from the planet's lifespan more convienient than having to walk, hmm?

Have you seen the environmental devastation around these reactors? Have you noticed that the land itself seems to dry up and perish around them? Have you noticed that the land becomes a waste? Mako Reactors are destroying the planet. For all the advancement Mako energy brings, it is ultimately a curse.

My emphasis is clearly on sustainability. Shinra does not provide this. Ignoring their complete and utter corruption, their approach is inefficient and incomprehensible. There are plenty of tecnnologies that could be employed in order to provide electricity. These methods could be localized to the actual environment. For instance, Costa Del Sol could employ solar energy. Wind turbines could have been set up outside of Midgar to power the city. Hell, solar energy would work there too if not for the fact that the villages, the original villages​, are covered by your smurfing pizza.

You know where the biggest, dryest most awful wasteland of all is?

So I just back the toilets up with my massive trouts and then flush the toilets repeatedly. This causes the water to go down whatever cracks it finds as I slowly flood the building. This adds years of wear and tear onto the infastructure of the building thus killing it before its time.

Not only is Cosmo Canyon an actual naturally occurring formation, it also exists between Nibelheim and Gongaga, two areas that have had or do have reactors.

While I agree Aerith, Tifa, and Cloud are hormonal, Yuffie remains the only teenager (not counting Nanaki)... also Barret is not black, he's just dirty from years of coal mining and he never showers. Also, you forgot to mention the double-agent doll Cait Sith.
