You think your country has political problems? During the local elections here in the UK, there was a bit of a surprise result for the Liberal Democrats (a leading party here in the UK). The Lib Dem Edinburgh candidate actually received fewer votes than an independant candidate called 'Professor Pongoo'.
Who is Professor Pongoo I hear you ask? He was a candidate who spent his entire campaign dressed as a penguin.
