Don't be fooled, her toothbrush is made out of Bald Eagle bones and baleen.
I smurfing hate this thread because every time I see it it makes my mouth feel gross like I need to brush it.
Three times a day. Once in the morning, the once after dinner, and later just before bed. I always brush them until I can feel the surface is totally smooth with my tongue. I also give my palate and tongue a brush before I finish. Sometimes I also use mouthwash. Where sometimes means "when I can afford it"
Brush, Floss, Mouthwash, Twice a day. Stranded!
I usually only brush in the evening, and rarely in the morning, but for some reason my teeth still look white and pretty. :roll2
My breath is sometimes not that great though, but I try to make up for that with mouthwash etc.
I use peroxide in my mouth--I don't swallow it!--to get my teeth white, as well as get rid of bad breath. Then I brush my teeth in the proper circular motion. I brush my tongue too, but for some reason I never feel my tongue is clean unless I gag. Then I rinse, and use a minty mouthwash. I do this two or three times a day.
Gotta keep the chompers shining.
Why? all it does is take germs out of your mouth. Actually, when I've had cuts in my mouth, if I use peroxide, they're gone the next day. I've been doing this for years, and nothing is wrong with my gums.
Yeah, this pretty much sums it up. I have been very persistent with my brushing ever since I was a teenager, but since I had such a bad start my grill is completely f'd. To make matters worse, I have a debilitating phobia of the dentist which roots from a freak dentist I had as a child who did things like remove small pieces of bone in my jaw for funsies.
Mouth pain blows dude.
