I love a good brie, cheddar, double gloucester.
Blue cheese can go eat trout and die... which was pretty much what I felt like I'd done the first time I tried it.
I like to eat many cheese!
Blue cheese and brie can be delicious if they're decent quality, but it's an in-the-mood thing.
As for cheeses I could eat all day erryday, there's parmesan (goes on, and in, everything), feta (especially the kind that comes pickled in seasoned brine or oil), halloumi (cheese you can grill - omg orgasm), prästost, cheddar, emmental/grevé, spiced cheese (too Swedish to have an article in English)... and many more.
Parmesan is wasted on such wheat filled poison!

Yeah this is starting to sound pretty good.
Mozzarella, Feta, Pepperjack, Sharp Cheddar, Bleu, Provolone, Swiss. Some others.
I absolutely detest american cheese. It is smurfing disgusting.
To date I have not found a cheese I did not enjoy the taste of. I'm very fond of Mozzarella, cheddar, feta and goats cheese though.
My favourites are camembert, halloumi, mozzarella, havarti and this other awesome one that I can't remember the name of but they serve on cheese plates often.
All cheese is amazing though.
