It's 'cause it's really freaky when Gatta slumps over like that.
Every time I think of that first Blitzball game I lose my desire to play through FFX most of the time. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but man did my blood boil the first time I played that part of the game.
I'm trying to dodge 200 lightning bolts at the moment. I've finally successfully achieved 30. I forgot how rage-inducing this is.
Speaking of which, does anyone know if getting hit on the way back to the travel agency after dodging 200 keeps you from getting the sigil?
I honestly don't know that one! I've never attempted it and i'm not that far to do so now!
Keepa sucks sooo bad. Omg I want a new goalie.

I've been telling everyone I wanna be a blitzball lately cause of this game.
So I'm about to embark on my Final Fantasy X journey. Because I don't have access to emulation and photographing my tv is inefficient as smurf, there will be no images. To make up for this, I will be posting excerpts from the journal Tidus takes on the journey. You know the one. The one I just invented right then so I can do something kind of comical!
BE PREPARED.
I did win the first game of blitzball. 1) you have to get jecht shot on the ship. 2) spend the first half passing ball back and forth between aurochs to level them up. 3) Use jecht shot at end of half- maybe get lucky for goal, if not you have to use it pretty quickly in 2nd before tidus gets pulled.
4) Watch the neat scene of them carrying the trophy.
I finally won it. I officially hate keepa. Wth they have 3 shoot when it gets to him and he has 5 catch and HE STILL MISSES IT? Like wtf keepa.
I wonder if I should join in. I just played through this game a month ago, losing motivation when I started maxing my stats (even though doing so doesn't really take that long). Might be dull playing the same game again so quickly, but then again it's a great game...
the only thing I've never done in this game is dodge 200 consecutive lightening bolts. Instead I just created my own an ultimate weapon for Lulu- was easier in the end.
If you try and get Lulu's ultimate weapon.
