I think I've seen freckles bigger than that thing. I'm with bunny.
When I was 11 living in a small lakeside cabin, a big black spider (not a black widow, just black) with about an inch-long legspan dropped down atop me from our ceiling fan. Yeah. I didn't enjoy that.
This next experience was not scary but it was my only encounter with a scorpion (I thought it was neat). I was up in the mountains with my parents hunting for crystals (we like shiny things) and I lifted up a rock to find a small white scorpion underneath. I think it was drowsy because it hardly made an effort to crawl away. I was like twelve or thirteen.
Snakes in my drawers.
When we were living in that cabin, we did encounter a lot of snakes, but I just assumed because they were small that they were harmless. It wasn't till later that I found out some of those snakes were poisonous. Good thing I never got bit.
Meanwhile, in Australia...

That was in my driveway a few months ago. YAY OKLAHOMA! :D
OMG PHIL WTH?! WTH THAT IS TERRIFYING!
You should definitely eat the turtle and the scorpion together. Form a stew of sorts.
Phil: I remember seeing the video my junior year of high school. My chemistry teacher showed it to us.
