Personally I tend to change the way I sit down depending on several things:

How drunk I am
How hyped up I am
How tired I am
Am I in a polite environment e.g. work or am I at home?
Do I really give a smurf?

My husband always makes fun of me for my plopping. It's so satisfying though.
