I don't. On the rare occassion I do it's usually diagonally.
Diagonal twice, so it's cut into quarters. Without crust, too.

Maybe it's just me but I find cutting a sandwich in anyway usually results in some of the filling becomming casualties and falling out either during the cutting or consumption process. Whereas if you just leave that thing whole you can get a firm grasp on it... and golly gosh I'm not even going to finish that sentence less it be quoted out of context and held against me in the future!
