PSY is a Korean rapper, so it makes sense this is #1 on the rap charts.

It's just an incredibly fun song. All the same though... it's kinda sad that the rap song we find most palatable is the one we can't understand.

I haven't heard the song, and I don't care to, but I can appreciate the fact that foreign music is becoming more popular around the world.

It's a fun song and a very amusing music video. How it managed to top the Billboard Rap Chart is pretty amazing I must admit, however. :p
