IIRC, not every game works on the backwards compatible PS3s. A lot of them do, but there is the chance some of your library won't work. I'm sure there's a list on the internet somewhere of the ones that definitely work. :3

Depends on the batch. The launch PS3s had the PS2 hardware in them so it was pretty good at it. Then they made the 80 gig models that had software compat which was a lot worse. And then they stopped making them.Quote:
