Not since I was a greasy teenager.
Why so greasy? :onoes:
I pulled all nighters two weeks ago and felt horrid. I had to finish a music video, then go to work, then after work do sound design work for an animated film. So glad two out of three of those things are done. I definitely don't recommend pulling a 48 hour of no sleep. I thought I'd be done with that after uni.
I will be pulling all-nighters now that the baseball season has started again. Being in the 0.001% of baseball fans here in the UK, I regularly have to wait till midnight for the games to start. Getting up for work at 6am is not especially appealing the following day.
I may actually pull an all-nighter tonight to study for my bio exam tomorrow. :(
During winter break id find myself up till like 5 or 6 am on a frequent basis
Now that im in the more demanding stages of kung fu and schools in full swing i only stay up late due to anxiety as i usually pass out as soon as i touch my bed
Like tonight! :D
Im busy panicking over a physics test im not ready for in about 6 hours.
Since I haven't been working I'm usually up until four in the morning. Once the warmer weather hits and work picks up I'll probably be in bed by eight o'clock.
I just can't do it anymore unless I'm traveling overnight or have help from caffeine.
Man even traveling overnight just kills me
Red-eye flights and I do not get along
I last did this when I was 21, I think. I am 30 now. I just couldn't sleep and eventually just gave up and decided to stay up. To pass the time, I played the Playstation version of FFIV until I had to go take care of whatever I had to do that day. I actually renewed my drivers license, too. And of course, the time I stayed up all night was also the time I actually had a good license photo.
I never understood why people get so excited about this. You can literally do it three or four nights a week every week and be perfectly fine.
I pull all-nighter's when my depression is at it's worse or if I got into a bad argument or had something really bad happen to me the day before. I have had to stay up for 3 nights in a row getting ready to move once because I got evicted and my ex was a jerk who went to a concert in Toronto that weekend after getting us evicted by not paying the rent for a few months and lying to me about it (he got kicked out of the concert for doing drugs btw) so he wasn't there to help pack or move or anything. He didn't tell me we were evicted until a few hours before he left too so I had to scramble. The moment it was all over I passed out on the couch, woke up 7 hours later, went to bed and slept another 11 hours. That was a long few days. I'm so glad my life isn't like that anymore.
I can't pull all-nighter's for fun, but I will occasionally stay up to 4-5 am playing video games sometimes.
