Perhaps I'm a little weird, but the people I miss most and the people I wish would come back are two different things. I guess I miss some people a lot but acknowledge that they aren't the right fit for EoFF anymore... and in some cases I miss who they were, and don't expect them to be the same person now (in some cases, I know they aren't). I also find it hard to miss certain people since I have ways of keeping in touch with them, and tend to nag them once in a blue moon anyway.
The people I probably miss most are Wyllius, Ariel, Princess Usa and Stefanie (Thorn/Etienne), because I seem to have lost touch with them completely despite us being good friends.
I have never let Raistlin anything ever.
Using EoFF as a connection point is not a major focus or concern, seeing as other venues do exist and are used. I am not terribly cut up when I cut out over here because I see most the people I want elsewhere. Those who still miss me? We can always become pen pals if you are not a git.
If you have ever been a friend of mine, you are always a friend of mine unless we somehow burned a bridge or three. Yesterday, last year, ten years ago; I do not know when we might have last met, but I do not miss you because we will meet again.
