Yeah, something suss happening there. Wouldn't surprise me if he was doing something dodgy, considering how a game like that made it to the top of the charts so fast (especially without any form of marketing what-so-ever).
Also I think Nintendo would have definitely had a case against his use of their IP (misrepresentation, leveraging off their success, etc.), hell King has no trouble doing that just over a name alone.
I cannot believe he would throw it in over some insults, so it must be preemptive in order to avoid lawsuits. I hope he was making what they claim; that should be comfortable for a while and help pay for legal fees if it does go that way.
