All the female characters in The Last of Us were brilliantly written as well. Ellie was obviously the star of the show but Tess and Marlene were so charismatic in their own individual ways.
Even the small amount of screen time that Sarah (Joel's daughter) gets she was excellently written and acted.
I hear nothing but good things about Ellie. Do you get to play her at all in The Last of Us? I think I remember reading somewhere where you only get to for a short while, but I can't remember.
I wouldn't say short. Temporary is more like. It's like a whole chapter or so. But yeah. Its late in the game and definitely isn't the majority of the game. But it's long enough and worth while
Yeah, it's not a huge section. It's probably my favourite part of the game though.
Ellie is is such a great character. It's been said loads, but her relationship with Joel is the best I've ever seen in a game.
Does the DLC they advertised let you play as Ellie some more?
I haven't downloaded it yet but from what I've heard it's all about Ellie and her friend Riley. It's had great feedback from what I've read. I need to get on it!
Once my my funds reach a decent level I'm going on a bit of a gaming splurge.
