I remember how much shion talked about her undying love for Aerith.
I remember Vivi, The Man, and MILF constantly pushing their unfettered free market, small government agendas full of doubts about the effectiveness of things like modern medicine, standard annual minimum wage increases, and single-payer health care systems.
Fortunately we had staunch champions like Bert, Skyblade, and particularly Nikotine that never shied away from debating them, and filling our EoEo with lively debates.
The one thing I don't miss about staff is how Shorty never shuts up about the Final Fantasy games, especially the newer games. I know it was difficult trying to get Loony BoB and Freya to be enthusiastic about them but I feel that her aggressive exuberance for them is probably the reason why she has no friends here.
blackmage_nuke is overrated.
Remember that time I was really witty and popular and made great pranks and everyone loved me?
Remember how Skyblade tried to convince us that FF XII and Tactics were great games? Yeah, but we weren't buying that.
Remember MILF's thread about how FFX is objectively the worst Final Fantasy?
Remember how the forum was in mourning after Romney lost the elections? We even had that hour of silence.
That would be...THE BEST
I remember when Sakaguchi bought EoFF and would just hang out here and chat with us about Final Fantasy all day.
I remember the days when Cuch and Quin were the best admins the site had ever seen. And when Del married Psychotic and they did their vows as word jumbles.
Quin's name is so boring. I wish he was open to changing it.
I'm still grateful that edczxcvbnm was brought onto staff to combat the filth and profanity that permeated the forums at every level. His ground-breaking improvements to the swear filter made this place into a truly family-friendly wonderland.
...At least, until Leeza launched her rebellion and started dropping s-bombs, f-bombs and even a devastating c-bomb that claimed many lives.
Alternative EoFF, you say?
I wish Pike wasn't so mean to everyone, she seems to take delight in being cruel. She could do with looking at someone like Sylvie for an example of how to act.
