FFVIII's cast had the best looking clothes, particularly those of Squall, Rinoa and Quistis. From the other games... I liked Ashe's outfit. My inner 15 year old loves all of Tifa's outfits, particularly her standard one in VII. Cid Highwind was pretty cool, too. But speaking of Dragoons, basically every Dragoon outfit out there is pretty badass.

And yes. Bartz Red Mage in FFV. Pimpin'.

EDIT: Oh yeah and Snow with his coat'n'bandana thing in FFXIII.
