Another Square made Mario RPG would probably have to be a 3DS game, and I doubt they'd have an announcement page for it. I think Square pretty much hates Nintendo's actual consoles these days..
Seeing as SMRPG has been succeeded by the Paper Mario games I don't know that they would need to bring in SE to continue on the series.
I would love a new Super Mario RPG developed by Square and Nintendo. I will punch myself in the scrotum with joy if that happens.
Probably another crappy mobile game or port.
I thought it was succeeded by the Mario & Luigi games. Dunno about Paper Mario, but those games are awesome and they even have Shimomura as the composer.Quote:

The name on Android is apparently "Yantama", if that means anything. Google Translate is behaving wonky and blaming server issues so that doesn't help
