I always thought Emma Frost was an interesting character, her horrible portrayal in X-Men Origins aside.
Storm has one of the more innovative powers and a cool accent which makes her pretty good as well.

I always liked Storm's powers. I just thought the ability to control the natural elements would be so cool.
