Literally the only time AFAIK Tidus was pronounced "Tie-dus" in an official game was Kingdom Hearts 2. Every other time, including interviews and any other material, it was "Tee-dus".

Well actually the point of this thread is not to examine which is correct but rather which sounds better so the fact that Tee-dus is the official proper pronunciation is rather irrelevant yes you're all deaf

See, I'd call him "Tie-dus", and he'd correct me and say "actually, it's Tee-dus", and I'd just look at him and say "huh. I like Tie-dus better. You're Tie-dus now". Problem solved.

I call him Tiddus.

Why call him Tee or Ti when you can call him Tiddy- Widdy ? :jess:

I thought TIE sounds better. It came to me from pronouncing Titan. Tidus (Tee-dus) is probably why the lead character cries a lot. Tie-dye.
