I'm sure there was one attack that could damage Cyrus , although only one, and did very little damage at that, but I'm trying to remember which one it was now :p

Well, maybe... I guess I was stupid enough not to find it then...Quote:

Anyway, some Ruby Mails would be a great help against Son Of Sun... Hmmm.... Damn.

I hoe you didnt miss your chance to get Magus in your party, Son OF SUn is a lot harder without him, exept if you have the right equipment.
*Some minor spoilers I guess*

You can charm the 80% absorb mails off sidequest bosses, Red is the Rust Tyranno on the Rainbow Shell Quest, and I think you can get one off Mother Brain on the Robo Factory sidequest... and I don't remember the others. But I do remember they were sidequest boss monsters. You dont need the red mail for him, vests/mails and ruby stuff reduces/absorbs enough to render him useless.
You can get ruby mail in 65,000,000 B.C. in the trading hut for 10 or 20 of the four the trading things in the hunting grounds. I think they absorb all fire damage and you can get more than one.
