Since I didn't see Delta Attack or Oblivion I'll go with Grand Summon since it's pretty useful in getting Delta Attack or Oblivion.

i dont like wakka, or blitzball or his overdrive :P second best goes to tidus for having a str based OD that doesnt deal physical damage :P however.. he still has that stupid blitzball >_<
I like Hellfire. It's Just so satisfying to watch an enemy thats really ticking you off get burned to a crisp:)
