CC would have been the unquestionable better game if not for the pile of excrement that was Disc Two. As it stands, I find myself unable to choose between them.

*gives Chronopolis a $20 bill.* thanks. these forums are crawling with CC haters >.<
and i don't think the Disc2 of CC is confusing at all. I understood all of it first time through. It unraveled most of the story.
I didn't think Disc Two was confusing, I just thought it was incredibly poorly executed. There were so many plot twists on that disc that weren't given even a tenth of the game time they deserved.
-_-..........
I liked both, but Trigger was just more classically better. Trigger is a game that I will never forget, and Cross...I enjoyed playing it, but I'll probably not ever play it again. Trigger I've replayed three or four times.
i've played both countless numbers of times...i might as well enter that in the Guenniss Book of World Records but i heard someone tried that before with CT and was rejected -_-...............
well...
i dont hate cc...
I really don't understand why nobody seems to like CC. It was a great game, with a great storyline, great soundtrack, and so on...the one thing I really didn't like about it was the characters. There's too many, and as a result, none of them were half as well developed as they could have been. -glares at Squaresoft-
...But, anyway. I honestly wouldn't be able to decide between the two games. They're both great RPGs.
I want to play chrono cross.............
stupid pal................
well ill have to go for chrono trigger, cuz' i never played cross...
p.s. im still willing to belive cc might be better
alon you traitor!
I voted for Cross. :( It's my favorite game, I think the story development, tons of characters, music, battle system, everything is just awesome.
CC gets a gold medal for being better than FFX, but I still think that it's not one of the greatest of Square's accomplishments, if you can call it an accomplishment. CC just had TOO MANY useless characters. It had 40, I believe, and at least 35 of them had to be optional characters with no plots. Sorry, CC lovers, but CC disgraced CT by having "Chrono" in its name. CT was just perfect in every aspect. Hooray for CT!
I don't hate it. In fact, it was a very good game. It's just that CT was a better one.Quote:
