Laguna and Raine are definately the cutest couple. I always tear up at the end of the game with the flashback of the proposal. I'm even getting chills typing about it right now.

Even their names are linked by a common element-Water. Laguna ( which sounds like lagoon) and Raine (which sounds like rain).
Selphie and Rinoa, I read a yuri where they have it out, 'twas pretty good.
Laguna and Raine were a cute couple, they seemed so right for each other. Irvine and Selphie are a good pair, but Irvine and Quistis would have been even better! Qusitis would keep Irvine in check, and Irvine would treat Quistis like a queen, and also loosen her up! :p They just seem like they would have a lot of fun together.
