I think I remember King Giott saying "Yeah, they got the other two already" BEFORE you lose the crystal to Golbez behind the throne room. So I am assuming the other cystal could count as it being in the tower of babil (also).
Yep, that's right...except maybe I would have said the Earth crystal was in the Dark Elf's cave.
