'That's nice.'
"You suck," is not a very convincing insult. I would probably stick my tongue out at them or agree or both.
Shlup, you suck.
Point a laugh. Then smile, thus making them feel very awkward.
IM TELLING ON YOU :smash:
Blink at them for a moment then laugh then ask them who they were and how could they possibly know. Then they would come back with some sort of comment concerning the two of us and then I'd have to come back with an equally smart retort and it would end in me blowing them up.
I think I'll hedge my bets and destroy the world, just so this doesn't happen.
It's a common exchange of words between a friend and I. She says, "You suck." and I always reply, "No I believe I blow." It's grown rather stale as of late.
I would say this:

something original like: "i know you are but what am iiiiiiiiii?"
that, or just laugh like a dork (including the loud snorts) just to make them very uncomfortable.
I'd continue on my way, saying nothing in reply.
That sort of statement doesn't deserve a response of any sort.
"..."
"You suck."
"Sorry, I don't know you well enough..."
"Does this rag smell like chloroform to you?"
nuh uh!
I'm rubber and your glue whatever you say bounces off me and sticks to you.
*feels very proud of herself*
