Now THAT looks like a guy, you should work on the last one, after you put more time in it that could look uberer.

Those are cool. Yuo have a great colouring style as I have said before. But, one thing about the last picture that irritates me, its his chin. It sticks out too much and is too long. It just...don't look right. It starts too far back and finishes too far forward.

Then again, its up to you what it looks like, would look great whatever if you finish colouring it.
I like the detail you put on the head of that guy, it looks really realistic. Keep it up. :)
