As far as I can see, turning off those options in the control panel doesn't actually disable the 5-click sticky key toggle function. You can disable the sticky keys themselves, but the 5-click remains.

You didn't look hard enough :p If you look in Settings, you'll see you can disable that shortcut too :p

Guu is right. You have to manually enter into those individual settings, uncheck them all, then click 'ok'

then hit shift as often as you want ^_^

I knew that, I was just giving cl a hard time :p
