Geez, I haven't spoken on the phone in forever. Maybe it's because the Internet takes up the phone line. @_@
But I used to end them with "Un-yo yo gangster flow." Yeah. That's right. You heard it here first, folks.

To most people, just, "Okay, byeee".
To someone it's more like, "Okay, bye... I love you!...bye...chuu!...sleep well...have a good day tomorrow..I love you!...byeee!"

Either, "M'kay, see ya! Bye!"
Or sometimes the other person will usually start up an interesting conversation before I hang up so I'll spend hours on the phone! :D Or at least thats what I tell my parents! ("mom, honestly! I TRIED to hang up, but they were so persuasive!!!")

"Okay, bye." Or, perhaps, "Okay, later." For BJ and my family its "I love you, bye."

For telemarketers it's either "I'm not interested" *click* or just *click*

Im really bad at it- whenever I go to say goodbye I find something else to talk about!

I like getting the last word in, so I'll usually say something like, "Okay, talk to you later, bye." Then if they say something in reply to that, I'll reply yet again. If it's during the night time, I might say something like, "Goodnight, and sweet dreams."

Usually "Thank-you for choosing Bell," since I hate telephones and try not to use them outside of work.
