Notably, Misfit dominated the nominations with 6 nominations over The Captain's five and Tsunami Bren's (better known as eestlinc) four. Unfortunately for her, she was not able to take it to the next level, and ended up with less votes than nominations, bringing around the first minor upset of the Ciddies. :)

Joel, with nine votes.
This leaves three nominees, meaning that one of them will win while the other two will be tied for second place. These nominees are Baloki, Calliope and Rainecloud. Both Denmark and Joel, the only two nominees to get more than two nominations required to qualify, have not made it to the final three! Yet another upset on our hands, it seems...

xD @ Baloki indeed! He managed to get that one vital vote to put him ahead of two tough competitors. They all left the highly-nominated pack behind them and this is how their vote tally turned out:

Interestingly, Rainecloud decided to return to his position as a news reporter for EoFF half way through the Ciddies, and this means that even if he had won, he'd be unable to be an RM as he now boasts a mighty-well-earned Site Staff rank. :)
