Why is barret hurting so little

Base Damage = Att + [(Att + Lvl) / 32] * [(Att * Lvl) / 32]
Damage with ultimate weapon Modifier = [Base Damage * (Base + Bonus) / 16]
Missing Score's Base: 1
Missing Score's Bonus: [AP on Missing Score / 10000]

Also note that AP from the Underwater materia does not count toward the Bonus.

We don't do math here.

Anyway, even if it did, the max he could do per hit would still be 9999.
