Well I can't think of any songs that actually make me cry, but these are the songs I listen to when I'm down, which usually just make me more depressed. ;p
Counting Crows - Goodnight Elizabeth
Garbage - Cup of Coffee
Tori Amos - Tear in your hand
Jewel - Wild Horses (Live)

I've only cried because of two songs, and more so because of what they meant to me in particular.
Hillsongs - Shout To The Lord, during my parents' divorce.
Darius - Right Girl Wrong Time, 'cause of a girl.

That'd be a long list for me... I am very very easily affected by music. Abide With Me makes me cry. The Duet with Radiohead and Bjork of I've Seen it All. Can't think of any more specifically right now, but trust me, they exist.
Just so you know, that's 'The Lonely Shepherd' by Zamfir.Quote:

Blink 182 - Adam's Song
Don't judge me!!!
I cried because of these three songs (in this order...of cry...ness).
"The Day The World Went Away (Quiet)"- Nine Inch Nails
Reason: It was really because I was shocked at how depressing it sounded. Yes, I know that NIN makes depressing songs. That one hit me weird the first listen though.
"Coma White"- Marilyn Manson
Reason: I don't know. The album that song was on already been out for a few years. It just hit me in a certain way one day.
"And All That Could Have Been"- Nine Inch Nails
Reason: It hit me hard the first listen...and then the song became attached to an emotional part of my life. This is a great song if you are looking for a moody tune.
Evanesence-My Immortal. I guess it just strikes an nerve, because I have a nasty tendancy to carry about "ghosts" myself.
