I love banana smoothies. If you freeze the banana it gives the smoothie a nice thick like ice cream taste, but in a healthy way. :)

Bananas are good. I have a friend who's AIM icon is the dancing banana man. I used to put on music just to see it dance. That was a blast, let me tell you.
