Tifa low damage

strange..tifas always been my strongest and never really weakend, i flicked through my guide but teh FF7 guide is sparese with details

Cloud: High Current HP = High Damage
Tifa: High Limit Gauge = High Damage
Barret:High..I have no clue...Might've been materia equipped.
Aeris: Low Ally Health (or dead allies) = High Damage
Red XIII: High Current MP = High Damage
Cid: High Current MP = High Damage
Vincent: High Total Kills = High Damage
Yuffie: High enemy level in relation to Yuffie's = High Damage
Cait Sith: High Current HP = High Damage
