That's what I meant, the piano version. And are you sure it's a duet, it doesn't sound like it needs to be. It just sounds like a rather complex solo (at the latter half would be complex).

Yes, toward the end you can hear the bass, rhythm, and melody all at
the same time. The bass is single notes moving up in the key and played
by person A, the rhythm is chords played by either person, but probably
person B, and the melody is single notes and chords played by person B.
Plus the artists of the song are Noriko Matsueda & Takahito Eguchi.

Ok, I think I hear what you are talking about. I've never tried to hear piano music this closely without the sheet music infront of me. But, I think I hear four instances where all three are playing at once, and the melody doesn't ever sound like it's more than half an octave off from either the bass or the rhythm, and those could be played with one hand if you are that skilled (jazz players do it a lot).
I might be right or completely off when I say what I said, but Noriko Matsueda and Takahito Eguchi are the composers of the entire FFX-2 soundtrack, including the piano collection. They're the artists, but I don't think they are the performers. Look at this page and scroll to the bottom. I think this guy has copied the credits from the album, and it says this song is only performed by one person. I don't know.
Whatever the case, it's a nice song.
Very emotional, not that good.
Holy crap dude, well I really do hope it's by one guy because that guy is
:love::love::love:ing amazing. I really hope you're right because I was completely
convinced that it was two people. I'm in awe at the moment. I thought it
was amazing when it was 2 people...now it's like holy crap squared.

Not that great for me. I think Auron's theme is the best song in this game.
Actually, it's by one girl :DQuote:
