regent cid is so awesome, he was actually one of my favorite npc's from ff9 ... or any ff for that matter.
his story was particularly interesting, and when he (SPOILER)adopts eiko i was soooo happy :)

I voted 7 but I just remembered the one in 10 and think his more like-able.
