Fates Warning has the best slow songs. Chasing Time is very under-appreciated. A pleasant shade of grey part VI is also really good.
If the emotion in Disappear doesn't strike you at all, then you're missing something... (read this thread: http://dreamtheater.net/bb/showthrea...threadid=58049)Quote:

Radiohead - No Suprises
Also my favorite song.
You got a second on Fade to Black.Quote:

Most of the songs I like are slow.
"From Here to Eternity" - Michael Peterson
"Remember When" - Alan Jackson
"Annie's Song" - John Denver
are my favorites.
Oh Jebus, too many slow songs to name that I love.
Smoke by Natalie Imbruglia is definitely near the top of my list though.
Like DMKA, I have FAR too many songs to name individually....
Lonestar-Amazed is awesome...
Berlin-Take My Breath Away
Seal-Love's Divine
Celine Dion-It's All Coming Back To Me Now
Cyndi Lauper-Time After Time
Enya-Only Time (Not sure if this truly qualifies here, but...)
Prolly many more, but those are on the forefront of my mind....
