I just spent five bucks on five of those little frozen pizzas from the grocery store. I love those things.
Oh, fine. I spent it on a billion and one packages of ramen noodles. Okay, maybe not that many, but there was a sale, so it was a lot.
Best Five quid spent...uhm, Could be on a nice Get Up Kids album I found in the closing down sale of a local Virgin megastore.
I probably spent a fiver on something else too, but that is the only thing I can think of right now.

A while ago, I met my friend Bridget. The first night I met her I bought her a margarita ($4 + $1 tip). We went on to become good friends, and she helped me get the job that I have now doing biomedical research, and I love my job. Best five dollars I ever spent.
