primary accent is most certainly on the LIE and secondary accent is definitely on the PEE. Which just goes to show you get Nicky pissed and she'll lie til the cows come home.

well, I don't know how the Greeks pronouced it, but anyone who watched the TV show or has been on a steamboat pronounces it with a PEE.
