Final Final Fantasy Merged?

I don't think so, nope, not at all. A couple of them may be indirectly correlated (FFX/X-2 to FFVII), but I don't think they are all totally related.

Fighting Final Fantasy I was interesting, i will watch the rest later.

As fas as a Combination into a single game I feel that is a terrible Idea. How is the magic system gonna work? Early FF you buy the spells. Then there's Espers, Crystals, Materia, Grid System and Draw for later versions. I feel it can not be done nor should it.

Personally, I don't think its a bad idea... in a limited sense. Don't stick all the people in the same game, just make the games so that they intertwine in their background story and MIGHT be related in a distant way. Thats what I'd like to see.

well technically they connect the PS Generation characters, or most of them, through kingdom hearts. And rumors that the 2nd will have more Square characters, well, that's about as much connection as I think you'll get.

To be honest I didn't like the Square characters in KH. The game was solid good, but the fact there were people from FF8 and 7 made it goofy (no pun intended).

It's not rumor that KH2 will have more, it's fact.

Final Fantasy I was supposed to be Squares last game, so it isn't wery likely that they intended to make some sequels.

Also, linking all of the games wouldn't work, as there are too many things that wouldn't fit together, although it could be interesting.

I would love to see them all co-exsist simutanously, think of the humor dialouge!

I had often thought that 1-6 were related somehow, and a certain appearance of a familiar foe in 9 made me wonder even more. But it's highly doubtful...

I really don't think the games could coexist together. But there's been some neat linking things in there. Like in FFVIII, in the northern part of the world, there's that huge mysterious crater that the Garden can't cross. Could the Planet still be healing it's wound in the Northern Crater? And then in FFX-2, Shinra spoke of all the energy in the Farplane and of how it could be harvested to be used as an energy source. I think those things are neat.

Final Fighting Fantasy Flash scenes were pretty decent although it follows none of the games storylines very much. Somehow FFT's Cid became the Cid of every FF and all the characters who met him acknowledged this.
