Pick up me guitar, jam, and repress repress repress.
I listen to music, Linkin Park is good!
And I just ring one of my friends or something and end up talking for about half an hour!
Yes, that's the way I'm feeling at this very moment. :)Quote:

But like people have already mentioned: Just give it some time.
I'd say sleep's good, when ya wake up you should feel totally different! chocolates not a good idea, thats how u get fat (like i was) Yogas a good one, ya have to concentrate so hard on breathing and balance that you forget everything and feel all strange :D lol
It's hard to say which is really which with this but, It seems that you feel that way most of the time when your really bored, or it could be when you feel that way nothing really stimulates your interest. A good way out of it would be to get some friends together and go do something. Don't just sit around like, yep... WEEEE! Actually explore someplace new or do something new and you'll feel better.
Yep. Talking to my boyfriend, going to sleep, or just waiting for the moment to pass.
Honestly, I'm never completely depressed. :(
I go out and buy a bag of lollipops.
Drowning spyro helps too. That's the only reason I even keep that game.
i just sit down and listen 2 music while doin a difficult jigsaw

I don't know what cheers me up when I'm depressed. I just usually go to sleep, so I don't have to think about anything...
Spyro is so sappy cute that it makes me sick. I get loads of pleasure drowning him.
Music
I go and pop some pills. Actually they are vitamins, called triptophan, that help me naturally get over my depression but they do work like a charm. I'm not saying try it though because these were prescribed to me by my doctor.
