I buy lots of my CD's from HMV even though its a piece ofstore with high prices its jus really close to me. A & B sound has the best selection AND price but im to lazy to take a bus ride but still the best store out there IS A & B sound.

HMV or Fopp in the UK. HMV or JB Hi-Fi in Australia.
I order mine of BMG :D
The last CDs I've bought have been from Half-Price Books.
I've used amazon, ebay and HMV
Local store, or Amazon or FYE if i'm to lazy to drive to cary town *twenty minutes from my house*
I get mine from Amazon.ca mostly, but I shop at Sunrise Records and MusicWorld sometimes. I used to shop at HMV, but they stopped selling the music I liked.
I buy my music directly from the bands at their shows. So that would usually mean from Showcase Theatre or The Smell.
The auction's story touched me deeply.
When I do buy CDs, it's from Hastings Entertainment, since that's the sole place that sells CDs or movies or games or anything else here besides Wal Mart.
When I buy a CD it's either from K-mart or Big W.
i usually dont buy music, i usually get DVDs, but in either case i go to Best Buy or A&B Sound
A&B kicks ass
hmv or musicworld all the way :) But if im short on cash it's gotta be walmart (ghetto) :shame:
Argh. This is one of the most painful processes for me; I hate buying music, because there isn't any store that's devoted to music anymore, and Kmart/Target/wherever doesn't ever have what I'm looking for. So Best Buy's usually my best bet---they've saved me from going insane not being able to find a cd more than a few times. :) So yay for Best Buy.
:D
Online-Half.com and Amazon
Offline-Preferably Rasputin Records
Circuit City occasionally, but usually I go to hastings, which is quite nearly my favourite store ever. :fplove: I go there for all my music, movie, book, and Happy Bunny needs. :spin:
