Those are pretty good. Paint doesn't have too many sig option though, so I'd try maybe downloading the trial of PSP7 or Photoshop or if you have the money, you can buy PSP7 for $100. Photoshop is a lot better, but it cost $600. :(

To be honest, I don't think they are that good. You could easily just download a trial (or full version if you want to get illegal about things) of Photoshop 7 or Paint Shop Pro.

(No offense, but despite MS Paints crappiness, you CAN do better)

First they are way too big in dimension to have as a signiture, there are way too many blank spaces and random colours, and you've just stuck random images from the net onto them - putting textual quotes that I can't even read.

I agree people shouldn't be sarcastic about it, but it's true. Some people may like them just for the pictures, but I'm sorry, they aren't good... I can't really say that in a nice way (like so many seem to do), and I'm sorry for that.

Just keep practicing and try some different programs to see which one fits you, also try just looking at other peoples sigs and figuring out how they got those cool effects. That's really all I can suggest.
